  IEC 61850 Substation Automation Networking:   The IEC61850 standard provides a real-time object-oriented communications infrastructure for substation automation in distribution, transmission, and generation applications.
  Inter-control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP - IEC 60870-6 TASE.2):  ICCP-TASE.2 is an internationally accepted standard for the exchange of real-time data in energy utilities for control center integration and power plant dispatching per IEC60870-6.
  Utility Integration Bus (UIB): Model-driven standards based extensions to middleware that brings the benefits of enterprise application integration (EAI) to utility operations applications using EPRI's Common Information Model (CIM), Generic Interface Definition (GID), IEC 61970, IEC 61968, OMG, and OPC standards.
  Unified Analytic Platform for the OSIsoft PI System for implementing wide area centralized remedial action systems (C-RAS) and other appliations requiring analytic processing and calculation on real-time data streams for time critical systems.

  Products for the OSIsoft PI System bring support of important industry standards to the OSIsoft PI family of products for real-time performance management in the enterprise.



A new release of AX-S4 ICCP (V4.0059) is now available for download that includes support for Vista and Server 2008 with improvements in securiity and redundancy .


A new release of AX-S4 MMS (V5.1005) is now available for download with improved  support for
IEC 61850 controls including command termination (enhanced security) and automated control via OPC.


New SISCO is announcing that our world-class IEC 61850 interface for Windows is being rebranded as AX-S4 61850 ("access for 61850") to reflect its primary focus on IEC 61850. Same product with a more accurate name. Look here for updates including descriptions of significant new features.
 

SISCO will be exhibiting in Booth 1931 at the 2010 DistribuTECH Conference and Exhibition on March 23-25, 2010 in Tampa, FL USA.



SISCO will be exhibiting in Booth 3650 at the IEEE PES T&D Conference and Exposition on April 20-22, 2010 in New Orleans, LA USA.
